Can you do assessment with my question list?
Yes, of course.

Can you do assessment out of China?
Yes.
Currently our ready service package covers major manufacturing sites in China. But feel free to let us know how we can help.
Do you have different assessment criteria for branded companies and startups?
Well, we use the same criterion for supplier assessment.
In fact, the assessment criteria are setup upon relevant industry practices. And we believe you want your supply chain to follow normal industry standard and/or requirements even as a startup.
You can always select the Standard package or the Pro package to best fit your needs.
How do you collect and verify the info?
Our assessors are trained professionals to obtain and validate info through docs review, individual and supplier team face to face meetings, cross check, onsite tour, etc.
However, reports of findings will reflect the facts as recorded by it at the time of its intervention only.
When can I get the report?
Normally, your report will be ready in 7 business days (China Calendar) after your payment.
It may be postponed if supplier is NOT available for the visit within 3 days’ pre-notice.
We will keep you informed about the visit and report schedule in a timely manner.
I know the supplier name and location to be assessed but not the contact details, can you reach out to the supplier for me?
Yes, we can do that.
However, this is different with our existing service packages, you may contact us first and help us understand your needs before we reach out to your supplier.
Please be noted that the supplier may not accept the assessment.
